Application

A new bus pass application must be submitted every school year. Once the Division Office has processed your application, you will be notified that your PowerSchool account is invoiced with the transportation fee. Outstanding fees from previous years must be paid in full or payment plan arranged prior to processing upcoming year's application.

If your child does not have a valid bus pass they will not be able to ride the bus. Bus passes are not transferable and must be scanned when boarding the bus. If you are new to busing, you will receive information on how to obtain your bus pass.

Please note, registration does NOT transfer from year to year, new applications are required each year.

Routes are created from applications received by June 1. Individuals submitting applications after June 1 will be required to access a stop that already exists. Stops will not be added to routes after June 1.

Payment Information

Payment can be made through the Power School Parent Portal or by credit/debit, cheque or exact cash at Division Office. Credit/Debit for Transportation Fees only can also be made over the phone at 780-419-6540
